Die Casting
Expertise in large-scale casting – aluminium moulds for structural and powertrain components
Our die casting moulds stand for maximum stability, efficiency and precision. From castability analysis to ready-to-cast moulds, we support our customers with engineering expertise and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology – even for giga casting applications.
ToolDoctor
Quick solutions, lasting results
The ToolDoctor service ensures the productivity and precision of your tools – quickly, reliably and independently of the manufacturer. We repair, modify and optimise injection moulding tools up to 80 tonnes – including collection, return delivery and short-term availability.
Contract manufacturing
Mechanical manufacturing for industrial applications
Deep-hole drilling, EDM, large- and medium-scale milling, and GOM measurement are also available for standalone manufacturing contracts. These services are utilised wherever complex machining, tight tolerances and reliable process quality are required.
Close international cooperation as a key factor for success
Our headquarters in Dettingen is the engineering centre of the Schneider Form Group. This is where we bring together development, high-precision mould making and international project management. In Germany, the focus is on technological depth, process expertise and the highest precision.
The Smart Tool Factory in Portugal complements these capabilities with scalable manufacturing for medium-sized tools. State-of-the-art technologies and efficient production structures ensure competitive solutions whilst maintaining consistently high quality standards.
Our offices in China and India ensure proximity to the market, direct on-the-ground customer contact and the expert delivery of international projects. They also enable the integration of regional supply chains into global initiatives.
