More than Tooling

Experience that
shapes the future

Innovation emerges from application, technology and implementation

Innovation begins when experience is translated into new technical possibilities. At Schneider Form, ideas are not developed in isolation from the project, but from real applications, process data, tooling experience and close exchange with customers, partners and research.

This creates technologies, processes and concepts that improve industrial implementation: more transparent, more predictable and closer to series production.

Our focus areas show how digital tooling technology, engineering, manufacturing experience and technology transfer work together at Schneider Form.

„Spritzgießen next“ – our
in-house technology fair

With ‘Spritzgießen next’, Schneider Form has created a platform where innovation in plastic injection moulding can be experienced first-hand. Over 140 industry experts from the automotive and plastics sectors attended the premiere in May 2025 – live at our premises in Dettingen.

The focus was on new developments and approaches for the future of injection moulding: from surface trends and material innovations to AI applications and digitally networked processes.

Together with partners such as ENGEL, Oerlikon HRSflow, Covestro, Borealis, Reichle, LEONHARD KURZ and IKV Aachen, ‘Spritzgießen next’ demonstrated how collaboration can drive innovation.

Excellence that
impresses – nationally
and internationally.

Progress through partnership

New solutions emerge from the interaction of industrial practice, research and technology partners. Schneider Form works with universities, institutes and partners on processes, materials and systems that can be transferred into industrial applications.

This means that new technical approaches are not only developed, but also evaluated for feasibility, process capability and near-series application.
