Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers in the project and inspire them with your professional and social skills.
  • You will manage projects independently until the customer order is completed.
  • Coordinating tasks with team members and ensuring deadlines, quality and budgets are met are part of your daily routine.
  • Your project management skills are characterised by the creation of calculations, quotations, schedules, documentation and project controlling.
  • Regular and effective communication within the project with your client and all interfaces and project participants, as well as the professional management of international teams
  • Maintenance of the necessary project documents and processes in accordance with ISO 9001 and TISAX certification
  • Collaboration in securing follow-up orders and in customer acquisition
  • Assistance in representing the company to customers

Profile

  • Completed training as a technical product designer or in a related field, ideally supplemented by a degree or further training in engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable field
  • Several years of practical experience in the product development of complex plastic parts and sound knowledge of project management are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and practical experience in acquiring and supporting customers in a demanding technical environment
  • Excellent communication skills, service-oriented attitude and passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Independent, structured and at the same time team-oriented way of working in an intercultural context
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in at least one of the two design programmes – Catia or Siemens NX
  • Excellent MS Office skills, basic knowledge of ERP systems and a solid command of English round off your profile.
