Schneider Form is currently installing Europe’s most modern milling centre for mould construction. “A lot of our ideas were incorporated into this machine concept, which is why we are really looking forward to its commissioning.”
The starting point was the realization that the future belongs to complete machining in one setting of highest precision, dynamics, availability and minimal application of manpower. “That’s the only way we can achieve a high degree of maturity for our moulds during first tryout, thus eliminating the need for optimizations that eat up time and resources.”
