Extensive expertise in mould making
We build tools ourselves, so we know exactly how they work and how to maintain them optimally.
Full vertical range of manufacture in-house
Design, machining and assembly are all carried out under one roof. For maximum precision and fast processes.
Large tool packages also possible
We maintain an overview and deliver clean results. It makes no difference whether we are processing individual moulds or 10 tools at the same time.
Short turnaround times
Thanks to structured processes and large capacities, we deliver faster than many specialised repair shops.
With us, your production remains predictable

Frequently asked questions – our answers
What types of tools can be repaired or modified?
In addition to injection moulding tools for plastics processing, we also process complex tools, multi-component moulds and moulds with insert/sliding technology. Tools from abroad can also be processed without any problems.
Are there any size or weight restrictions?
Our infrastructure allows us to process tools up to 6 m in length and weighing up to 80 tonnes. This means that even large automotive or white goods tools are no problem.
Does Schneider Form only undertake repairs or also alterations?
ToolDoctor is not purely a repair service. We also undertake design modifications, adaptations to new items or machines, and optimisations of existing tools.
How quickly can repairs or modifications be carried out?
Depending on the scope, smaller jobs can be completed within a few working days. For complex projects, we will coordinate the schedule with you individually. Short‑term assistance is available at any time.
Does Schneider Form also offer collection and return delivery?
Yes, we can organise all logistics, including collection, transport and return delivery, on request. We tailor our services entirely to your production processes.
How much does a repair or alteration cost?
The costs depend on the amount of work involved and the complexity. We will provide you with a non-binding quote after reviewing the tool or your enquiry.
Is there any verification or documentation after processing?
Technical documentation and test reports are available on request. Tests can also be carried out on installed components (e.g. tightness, guidance, moulding).
Can tools from China or Eastern Europe also be processed?
Yes, we have extensive experience in revising import tools. Adjustments, standard part replacements and quality assurance are also possible.
How does the service work in practice?
You send us an enquiry (with drawings or photos, if applicable). We then analyse the case and get back to you quickly with a proposal. Once all the details have been clarified and you have approved the order, we will collect, process and return the item on time. With a report, if required.
