Design validation

In the design validation phase we predominantly advise our customers on feasibility of certain designs from various viewpoints. We don´t go into great detail, but this is the time where options or alternative routes can still be taken without causing big disturbances.

• Body contour analysis and assessment
• Preparation of folders of sectional views
• Verification of legal regulations (ECE regulations)
• General producibility and demouldability study
• Preparation of 3D-CAD default models
• Machine design analyses (clamping/closing force etc. estimates)
• Risk assessment (component and tool)
• Early consideration of the tool issues and options
