Quality and Environment

Since our initial certification in 1999 in accordance with ISO 9001 we have continually developed our QM system. Our tool seminars are also certified by Dekra (a German technical inspection agency) and rated eligible for funding/attendance. The resultant transparency of the processes and procedures forms the basis for all our optimisation measures. In 2019 our company was TISAX certified. This high standard secures the information exchange of members of the automotive industry.

In our initial EcoVadis certificatio, we directly achieved the “Silver” status. EcoVadis evaluates companies according to a total of 21 criteria in the four overarching areas of environment, working conditions and human rights, fair business practices and sustainable purchasing.

Top performance from the very beginning. For us, quality starts with training. No other industrial company’s apprentices within the jurisdiction of our chamber of industry and commerce have received so many awards over the past 20 years. On that basis, we always increase our skills and expand our digital capacities. This is not only reflected in our sales figures, but also in all the awards we have received.

In times of a growing environmental awareness, an intelligent management of resources is getting ever more important. The arrangement of our value stream processes and what they include has long since included energy and resources issues. Our new production facility in Portugal generates more than 50% of its entire energy comsumption from our own photovoltaic system.
